We want you to be delightful with every item you receive, however, if you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us withing 14 days.

MISSING ORDER
We always use tracked delivery, however if your order does not arrive, we will provide a complete refund, including the cost of shipping.

THE PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED
If the item you ordered arrives damaged, we will exchange it or issue a full refund, including the cost of returning the product to us. In this case, please send us an email at hello@nkvstuff.shop with a photo of the damaged product attached.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If you have not received the item you ordered, please contact us at hello@nkvstuff.shop. We will, certainly, replace the product at no extra cost. In this case, please include a photo of the incorrect product to the email and we will notify you of the next steps to take.

HOW LONG CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product.

RETURNING AN ITEM
If you received the correct item, but want to replace it for any reason, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning it to us.

Please be advised that discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer refunds and exchanges as long as they can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 3-5 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
If you would like to return an item, please be aware of the following:
- No signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition and packaging
Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
