MISSING ORDER

We always use tracked shipping. If your order does not arrive, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEM

If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@nkvstuff.shop.

We will replace the product at no extra cost. Please include a photo of the item you received so we can assist you quickly.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS AND CONDITIONS

Refunds and exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please ensure that:

  1. The item shows no signs of wear or damage
  2. It is returned in its original condition and packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days (this may vary during busy periods).
