At NKV, every piece is handcrafted with care, precision and artistic intention.

We stand behind the quality of our work — which is why all NKV jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Your jewellery is made to last. And we are here to ensure it does.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Manufacturing & structural defects, including:

  • loose or faulty metal components
  • unexpected cracking or splitting of the wooden base
  • issues with hoop fittings or connections
  • varnish or paint defects that are not caused by daily wear or improper use


Material issues, such as:

  • defective silver, gold-plated silver or stainless steel components
  • peeling or delamination of coatings not caused by chemicals or water exposure



WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty does not apply to:

  • accidental damage (dropping, crushing, bending)
  • water damage from soaking or submerging
  • chemical exposure (perfume, alcohol, cleaning sprays, hairspray)
  • loss of gold plating caused by abrasive cleaning methods
  • normal wear and tear
  • scratches from daily use
  • damage caused by improper storage

Even in these cases, we offer repair, repainting or restoration options at a reasonable cost.

REPAIRS, RETOUCHING & RESTORATION

From structural fixes to full artistic retouching — we restore NKV jewellery with the same attention to detail as when it was first created.

We offer:

  • repainting or pattern retouching
  • reglazing and resealing
  • hoop replacement
  • structural reinforcement
  • refreshing or replacing metal components
  • general restoration of older pieces

Most repairs are affordable and priced to cover materials and time — because we prefer repairing to replacing.

HOW TO REQUEST A WARRANTY CLAIM OR REPAIR

Please email us with:

  1. a clear photo of the piece
  2. your order number or proof of purchase
  3. a short description of the issue

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide repair options or warranty evaluation.
